Please carefully review our shipping & delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping & Delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. But our most of deliveries happens through third-party suppliers and they will be managing our inventory and they will be responsible for shipping your products.

  • We provide free delivery pan India.
  • Once the order is placed standard delivery time will take 7 working days.
  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

In some uncertain situations Like -

  • Delayed deliveries caused by events inside our control can be due to inaccurate inventory, packaging and order fulfillment issues, supply chain constraints, etc.
  • Delayed deliveries caused by events outside or beyond our control can be due to bad weather, peak-time deliveries, incorrect transportation paperwork, etc.

In above Uncertain situations deliveries could be delayed for additional 7 working days. 

Returns

  • A return request can be placed only within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • If you would like to return a product, please write to us at [email protected] or call us on +91 9004137258 Our team will contact you and guide you through the returns procedure.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • All products should be sent back in their original packaging through a reputed courier service.
  • It is advised that all return goods should be adequately packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • The returned goods will be thoroughly verified and checked by our team to determine the legitimacy upon return.
  • Any products returned in damaged condition will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • It takes 5 working days to process the refund once the products reach us in good condition.

Exchange

  • If you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please write to us at [email protected] to notify us of the same within 24 hours of delivery. If you are unable to do so SivikStudio will not be held liable to replace your order.
  • Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and nature of the same. Once it is established that the complaint is genuine, we will initiate the replacement process.
  • Please make sure that the products are unused.
  • We will arrange the pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect product through our logistics partner. If we are unable to do so you will be notified regarding the same and you will have to dispatch the products through a reputed courier service within 24 hours from the receipt of such notice.
  • Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to the customer as determined by the logistics team upon consultation with SivikStudio.
  • It is advised that all return goods should be adequately packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • The exchange products are subject to verification and checks by SivikStudio to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, then the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
  • Once the product is received the replacement will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled within 4 hours, provided that the order hasn’t been dispatched.
